If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

Please note:

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
• Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates are not considered defects.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by TithyCo.
